We have loved seeing your DIY haircuts, Zoom happy hours, and creative birthday parades! More importantly, we’re thrilled to see that each of you are making it through these unprecedented times.

Our team is also doing well, and would like to inform you of steps we are taking moving forward into our “new normal”.

Since March, we have implemented the following practices:

1. Our team continues to take the utmost care when a customer’s car is in our facility. We are disinfecting steering wheels, handles, dashes, and center consoles before and after repairs.
2. Our front office team is disinfecting doors, countertops, and any other high-touch areas between customers.
3. We now have rental cars on-site to minimize exposure to multiple agencies when dropping a vehicle off.
4. For our seniors and most vulnerable customers, we are offering pick-up and delivery so that they can continue to get repairs without leaving the safety of their home.
5. In need of an estimate for repairs? We ask that customers call, email, or use our online estimating form to minimize the number of guests in our waiting room.
6. We have held daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to update our team on the status of COVID-19 to keep them informed and continue best practices for these changing conditions.

We have a dedicated staff that are ready to care for and protect you, their families, and the community. We are the last local body shop in Modesto, so you can always count on us to take care of you and treat you like family.
